Third episode of my animated series is almost ready, this time there is no subtitles, but my own voice lines, i must add some scenes between each other and basically slow everything down, i've noticed scenes going too fast from one to another. Important, i've found a way to stop the lag in Animate, so now everything is smooth in the program and in the exported file. I'm slowly adding more effects like smears, blurs and camera shake. Also as i mentioned some time ago, i was planning to switch to a different tablet and i did it, i have now a 13 inch screen tablet, which is more than enough for me, also the pen has almost no wobble, i'm working with 0 smoothing in clip studio now. That's it, unfortunately i have no screenshots to show, it's because i'm currently on a stage of adding effects to the animation itself, and i have a job now! (less time though)

Sorry for the silence, i had to do some very important things. Some time ago i've said that i will work on the episode when i get a new tablet, but i have decided i will begin the work now.

I've been practicing animating very hard, to this point that drawing isn't what i mainly do now. So that's it, i will write a very detailed scenario for the episode and for the future ones aswell. Also, i've began redrawing some of my older art, because somehow i've managed to not see any issues with it (for example that "style" one, god... that looked horrible) Anyways i'm switching to a desktop DAW, to make more powerful music (i will practice this aswell), i've chosen a replacement before i get FL studio on pc.

I am still working on DEREAL, i am currently preparing to get a new tablet, but that will come later, first i need to prepare for my first ever job, i am still animating and drawing, just not publishing it here since it's mostly sketches. I keep animating test fighting scenes and i must say they look very good, i've made a separate folder for sound effects and even recorded voice lines for some of my characters. Once i start working on the third episode of DEREAL, i will stop with large breaks and do shorter ones instead, so it won't take me a huge amount of time to finish it.

Greetings guys, i would like to announce that i'm using Clip Studio Paint from now on, Krita has been great, but constant art blocks and me being unable to draw what i want were too much, i need to kinda learn some things again, for example shading and reflections, also how to draw metal. The main reason i've made this decision is of course 3d model option in Clip Studio, now, i can draw literally ANYTHING i want! In any pose! The brush engine is far better than Krita's in my opinion. I am also thinking about getting a 21 inch drawing tablet, it would be a huge upgrade from my current 11 inch one.

Now a thing about the third episode of DEREAL, i don't want to spoil the whole story of the episode, i am making new assets to use in the episode, and also in the new ones, i just want to say, that Kriegman will have help from his side and from his "saviors" side. It will probably require me to put even more work than in all of my projects, it will be great.

Now, here is an unfinished concept art of Zektorax's infantry soldier, the design is most likely final, the whole body is finished, but only the top is shaded. As we all know, i can't finish it since i switched programs, but i will redraw it when i learn how to use Clip Studios tools.

A little teaser for the third episode of DEREAL, it will require me to put even more effort than usual, this time, i will first animate the characters and export the background as PNG to avoid frame loss, im sure it will it'll work since this technique was working quite well when i tested it on the prototype episodes back in the beggining of 2022.

Works on episode 3 will start soon, i must take a short break from animating and write a proper script for the fighting scene.

Greetings guys, i've been working hard on the second episode of my animated series DEREAL, i've reached the point of the factory scene as i promised earlier, the soundtrack "Working Machinery" will be used, but don't worry, i won't spoil the ending as it will require me to use everything i've learned in the past year to make. Second episode will be longer, it is also a step up in terms of quality, i must get some SFX and a better video editing software. Have a nice day everyone reading this!

As you can see in the sample i've provided here, i moved to frame by frame animation, i'm sure walk cycles look way better than tween ones.

General Kreigen and his buddy enter the BRUD11 factory. (Also a fun fact, Kreigen was cut in early 2022, but was brought back. In this episode, he was supposed to be a regular general, but i brought back the idea of him to make the universe have more characters.

For gods sake for some reason in edit mode the gif plays but when i save it doesn't, i don't know if it's just me or whatever, i don't know how to fix that.

Hello everyone! I've added many scenes to the second episode of DEREAL, currently therea re 14, i am aiming for around 30 or 40, it will require some work to do, but i am ready for this! I will try this time to implement some humor into the episode to see if it will work. Currently i spend more time on animatind and drawing, which is really nice.

Greetings everyone! I am still working on the second episode of DEREAL, i'm adding details into each scene such as lighting. Turns out frame by frame animation is easier for me than using tweens. I am mainly focusing on drawing rather than animating, that's why it takes months for me to complete one episode. I am slowly making progress with each scene to make it just like how i want it to be. Anyways, i'm having small issues with sleeping, i don't feel tired, so i will keep working on my animation.

Hello everyone, i've been working on episode 2 of Dereal, it will be more detailed, i have prepared a screenshot from the second scene. In the second episode there will be more blood, action, and it will be longer in general!

I have been testing things, mostly animation, and i must admit it looks better than classic tweens, it has its style, i will use it instead.

I've finished the civilian redesign and it's ready for animating, i changed some things to make it look more clean.

There will be more hand skin variations, like a bit darker or lighter, the one presented here is i think somewhere between.
